Why Work With Me?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
We worked with Josh Perkins on the recommendation of a close friend. He is amazing to work with. We had to travel across the state on short notice, and if he wasn't available for showings, he made sure that someone else was. We had a few moments of difficulty, and Josh made sure to help us navigate and resolve these issues. He provided assistance with local contacts for multiple resources. I would highly recommend Josh to anyone who needs to buy or sell a home. He is professional, very knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

Josh Perkins was wonderful to work with throughout the sale of my home. He worked closely with me to determine the right pricing strategy, was always prompt and responsive, and brought a great deal of knowledge and industry connections to the process. Beyond his expertise, Josh was incredibly friendly, easy to work with, and genuinely had my back from beginning to end. He treated me exceptionally well, and I always felt that he was looking out for my best interests. I’m very grateful for everything he did and would highly recommend Josh to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and caring realtor.
